zuletzt absolvierten \u00dcbungen \u2013 kompakt, intelligent sortiert und jederzeit erweiterbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kategorien &amp; Aufbau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dir eine klare und \u00fcbersichtliche Darstellung zu bieten, ist der Startbildschirm in zwei Ebenen unterteilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prim\u00e4rkategorien<\/strong> wie z.\u202fB. <em>\u201eTag A\u201c, \u201eTag B\u201c oder \u201eCardio\u201c<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durch Antippen \u00f6ffnest du die jeweilige <strong>Sekund\u00e4rkategorie<\/strong> mit den zugeordneten Muskelgruppen oder \u00dcbungsarten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beispiel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u201eTag C\u201c<\/strong> \u00f6ffnet sich zu:
